We’re having a friendly game this Tuesday (10th August) 6pm at Clickimin Hockey Park. It’s Shetland Ladies v Shetland Girls and should be a good fun run about to get you back into it again.
Even if you’re not able to make the InterCounty we’d really appreciate it if you could make the effort to come to this game, there’s no such thing as too many players and everyone will get a game.

There’s an emergency meeting being held on Sunday 30th November at 6:30pm at Islesburgh House to discuss the forthcoming Island Games, squad members are to make every effort to attend.

Shetland have been drawn against Dunfermline Athletic in the first round of the Scottish Cup. It’s looking like the game will take place on Saturday 22nd November, with the team travelling down on the friday night boat and coming back on Sunday.

Outdoor training for those potentially involved in the Scottish Cup/Island Games squad is taking place at the Clickimin Rugby Park on Sundays from 1pm – 2:30pm and will be led by Derrick Bradley.
Everyone who is involved in the above squads is to make every effort to attend.

Wins for both Inter-County teams
Both Shetland ‘A’ and Shetland ‘B’ teams recorded good wins over an improving Orkney this weekend. Full match report from the ‘B’ team game in the ‘Results/Reports’ section, report from the ‘A’ game will be online soon.
